Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to Deepak Automation. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and business data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you interact with our workflow automation systems, integrations, and services, specifically including our integrations with third-party software like Intuit QuickBooks.
Our application operates as a private integration designed to automate business operations using n8n automation pipelines. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
To perform requested workflow automations, we may access, process, or store the following types of information:
- QuickBooks Accounting & Transaction Data: When you connect our application to your Intuit QuickBooks account, we access financial data including but not limited to customer details, vendor profiles, invoices, purchase orders, accounts receivable/payable, and general ledger transaction records. This access is restricted to the scopes explicitly granted by you during authorization.
- Contact & Account Information: Name, business name, phone number, and email addresses (e.g.,
info@deepakautomation.com) used to manage your integration setup or request support. - Workflow Execution Logs: Technical metadata generated during the execution of automations (e.g., timestamps, run statuses, and execution paths) to monitor the reliability and latency of the integrations.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your information solely to deliver, maintain, and optimize custom automations. Specifically, we use the data to:
- Trigger actions and transfer data between QuickBooks and your other authorized business tools.
- Diagnose run-time execution errors and ensure high uptime of the automated workflows.
- Communicate technical updates, outages, and support responses.
We do not use QuickBooks or other integration data for marketing, profile building, or any other commercial purpose unrelated to the automation services you have commissioned.
4. Data Sharing & Selling
Our Zero-Sale Policy: We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal or financial data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your data is only shared in the following limited situations:
- With Intuit QuickBooks: As required to perform the API requests necessary to transfer your data according to the active automation configuration.
- Service Providers: Under strict confidentiality covenants with our infrastructure partners (e.g., database hosting, secure server providers) required to run the application backend.
- Legal Obligations: If required to comply with a valid court order, regulation, or government request.
5. Data Security & Encryption
We prioritize the security of your business and financial data. We apply industry-standard security protocols:
- All network connections, API requests, and dashboard sessions are encrypted via Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
- Access tokens (including QuickBooks OAuth credentials) are encrypted at rest using strong cryptographic algorithms.
- We limit system and database access strictly to authorized administrators troubleshooting active issues.
6. Your Choices & Data Deletion
You maintain complete control over your data integrations:
- Revoking Access: You can disconnect the Deepak Automation app directly from your QuickBooks Developer Portal or account settings at any time, which invalidates our connection token.
- Requesting Deletion: You can request the absolute deletion of all account data, configuration states, and logs by contacting us. We will process and confirm deletion within 30 days.
