1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the custom integration systems, workflow automation software, websites, and associated services provided by Deepak Automation ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms govern any integrations we build or configure on your behalf, including connections to third-party services likeIntuit QuickBooks via automation engines such as n8n.

2. Description of Services

Deepak Automation designs, builds, hosts, and maintains custom business process automation pipelines. Our service connects disparate software systems (e.g., CRMs, databases, email, and accounting software) to automatically transfer records, format data, trigger transactions, and synchronize data stores.

3. Third-Party Connections & QuickBooks

Important Notice: Our integration relies entirely on third-party APIs. You must hold active, valid accounts with QuickBooks or any other connected software and agree to their respective terms.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc., QuickBooks, or any other third-party platform.
  • We are not liable for changes to third-party APIs, account suspensions, rate-limits, or modifications to Intuit's developer policy that may affect the functionality of the custom automation.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your data complies with the terms and security guidelines of those external platforms.

4. User Obligations & Credentials

To activate automations, you may be required to authenticate via OAuth or provide API keys/credentials:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the scoping and configuration phase.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any client credentials, API tokens, and access keys assigned to your workflows.
  • You agree not to use the automation services to process unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent financial transactions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Except for your pre-existing business data and branding, all intellectual property in the workflow structures, custom scripts, database tables, visual themes, and site assets built by Deepak Automation remain the exclusive property of Deepak Automation or its licensors.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and integrations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the automation pipelines will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or that data losses will never occur due to upstream API failures or connection timeouts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Deepak Automation or its developers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities) arising out of or in connection with the performance or failure of the integrations.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the integrations following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any legal actions arising from these Terms must be filed in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
